Today was our first time visiting Roma and the food was absolutely incredible. From the complimentary garlic bread to the bruschetta we ordered as an appetizer, everything was delicious. We asked for a bit of balsamic oil on the side and it gave the bruschetta that perfect extra touch we were looking for. For our main dishes, we had the Carbonara pasta with extra chicken and the Rigatoni Bolognese with an extra touch of pesto sauce, and both were amazing. We’ll definitely be coming back. What an awesome discovery this restaurant turned out to be!

I have been driving by this place for years and never decided to dine here. However, my husband suggested dining for our 23rd Anniversary. The place is nice and calm. The waitress, Paula, was very attentive and pleasant. The food was the BEST Italian food that I've had in my life! Everything was fresh. OMG... the marinara sauce is to die for!!!! I am looking forward to trying the pizza and lasagna. This will be the restaurant that we visit when we go for date night.

Excellent food. Simple but flavorful. Service was good. The hosts were very welcoming Garlic knots were golden, buttery. Hot fresh marinara for dipping. Penne alla Vodka was a lil too smoky for my liking. But the rest of it the flavors were fantastic. Pizza was fresh. Crunchy crust, fresh vegetables, basil and sun dried tomatoes took it to another level. It tasted just as fresh the next day too. Most Pizza so limp, soggy and bland. This one was fantastic. We asked for pesto sauce to dip the pizza in. I highly recommend their pesto sauce as a dip. The blackberry sage mocktail was a perfect balance of lemonade, sage and blackberry. The temperature of the drinks were perfect too. Will definitely be returning for more such tasty meals. Kudos to the chef and owners for taking feedback and ensuring food preferences are honored.

Came here for my wife's 40th birthday and everything was perfect. The calamari was so good, it's hard to find good calamari anymore. No issues with a large group, food was great, service was excellent. Only recommendation is the make it more obvious which drinks are cocktails and which are mocktails. It was hard to read the word mocktails on the drink list. a few people ordered mocktails by mistake.

Very nice resturant, I would recommend for a romantic date as well. I love how they serve the water in bottles and everything taste so fresh!

We have driven by this place countless times, and never stopped…shame on us! It’s a pretty small place, but comfortable spacing, atmosphere was very good, and staff were all very friendly and attentive. We ordered the calamari and bruschetta for appetizers and we were asked if we wanted the free garlic knots (BIG MISTAKE) The calamari were good especially because my husband and son prefer the rings and the whole plate were rings. My mother had never had them before (we didn’t tell her what they were) and she also thoroughly enjoyed them. The bruschetta was ok; it was very different than I’m used to because it had tiny mozzarella balls in it, which were nice, but seriously lacked garlic and the tomatoes were blah. The thing I like about the most were the slices of bread around the bruschetta because they were soft and crunchy in all the right places. Those garlic knots on the other hand are trouble …the dough was so fresh and had so much flavor, I ate 2 of them and couldn’t really eat my entree, but they were incredibly worth every bite! For our entrees I ordered penne alla vodka (I wish the made it with rigatoni. I thought it was ok. It seems too thick and not as good as I’ve had elsewhere, but maybe I was too full already because my husband thought it was very good. My husband had eggplant Parmesan which was a very nice portion and cooked perfectly. My mother had a cheese calzone which was probably the biggest and nicest cook on one I’ve ever seen and she really enjoyed it. My son had sausage and peppers and he really like it even though he doesn’t generally like red sauce, but the sauce that came with garlic knots and calamari was all the same, and he loved it. The only thing he wasn’t thrilled with was the sausage were all sliced. We all expected to have whole links, but they were thinly sliced longways. I wouldn’t say I’m in a hurry to go back, but I would again and maybe get one of those calzones for myself or try pizza .

Roma in Duluth is a wonderful spot for classic Italian comfort food. The portions are huge, the dishes are delicious, and the prices are very reasonable. A great place to go when you’re craving hearty Italian favorites!

I was visiting from Houston, Texas, and I was craving Italian. I was shopping nearby and I found Roma. I went in for an early dinner. The restaurant was empty. Service was amazing. I had a Stella and a Chicken Parmesan and they brought out some rolls. That were absolutely amazing with marinara dipping sauce. If you’re looking for a local spot, this is your place recommend five out of five would definitely come back. Thanks, Roma
